Location Recording:
During each CheckMate call the lone worker is asked to leave their location details such as current location, route of travel and where they will be for the next check-in call. In the event a future check-in is missed this information will be relayed for your contact to aid in locating the employee in question. Location recordings are also posted on your online account and can be accessed in real time by authorized personnel.
Weekly Emailed Reports:
Receive a weekly summary of your accounts activity right to your inbox. At a glance you can monitor CheckMate usage and ensure your staff are routinely using the service. These reports are useful for health and safety meetings as well as workplace inspections.
Call Back Delay:
Allows for flexibility in determining the amount of time between CheckMate's first and second automated calls. Choose from 2, 3 or 5 minute intervals depending on the level of risk the employee is exposed to or if the employee is operating a vehicle.
Customization Screen:
Manage statutory holidays and staff vacations ahead of time to avoid false alarms or lapses in coverage simply and efficiently by logging into your online account.
