Our rapidly growing Monitoring Centre is currently seeking to fill a shift supervisor position. ProTELEC Alarms has been serving the Canadian market since 1968, and is looking for the right person to complete the team. As a member of the management team, the Supervisor must play an active role in the day to day operations of the monitoring centre.

Qualifications:

·         Minimum of five years experience within the alarm industry

·         Previous experience in a supervisor level

·         Ability to coach, mentor and develop

·         Ability to motivate and manage a team of 2 – 8 operators

·         Ability to identify and address areas of opportunity relative to performance and provide solutions.

·         Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

·         Ability to multi-task

·         Works well individually and in a team environment
