ProTELEC Alarms, one of Western Canada's most trusted and respected Commercial and Residential Security providers, is proud to have achieved Five Diamond Certification, the highest rating available from the Central Station Alarm Association of America.  ProTELEC was the first Monitoring Station in Canada to have been awarded such recognition.

The Five Diamond Rating means that all of ProTELEC’s Monitoring Personnel have received training from the Security Industry Association and meet the high standard of knowledge necessary to respond to alarms and customers professionally and efficiently.
