Protection That Goes Beyond Break-ins

Protecting your family and home from break-ins is important but it's only one of the many hazards that your family and home face. ProTELEC security systems can also provide protection from the dangers of fire, basement flooding and low temperatures.

Smoke Detectors

Monitored smoke detectors offer you better protection than battery operated detectors. Our monitored smoke detectors are powered by the security system, eliminating the need for individual batteries. Not only will they notify you of a possible fire, but will also send a fire alarm to our Central Monitoring Station.

Water Sensors

Leaking water tanks or sewer backups can do extensive damage, especially if they go unnoticed. We can install a water sensor in your basement to notify us in case your basement begins to flood. 

Low Temperature Sensors

If you travel in winter, protecting your home against furnace failures and frozen water pipes is critical. With a low temperature sensor, if the temperature drops below 10 degrees Celsius, our Central Monitoring Station will receive an alarm.
