Guard Alarm Response

For a small monthly fee, ProTELEC Alarms is able to provide Guard Service, a program that protects you against penalties for false alarms and also gives you the peace of mind knowing a professional is responding to an alarm in your home - as opposed to one of your neighbours or family members.

For subscribers with Guard Service, should an alarm be tripped we will call the premises. If there is no answer, we will dispatch the guard service who will determine if police need to be called.

In some situations where two alarm zones are tripped, when we call the premises and there is no answer, both the police and guard service are dispatched.

The advantage to customers subscribing to Guard Service is that charges for false alarms are eliminated. The monthly cost more than pays for itself compared to charges for one or two false alarms.
