If your system ever requires a repair, we will promptly fix the problem and restore your system to good working order at absolutely no additional charge to you, usually within 24 hours.

Your alarm system is protected by this warranty program for as long as you are monitored by ProTELEC!

The Peace of Mind Warranty is included in your monthly monitoring rate with all new alarm system installations. For a small monthly fee this program is also available to customers who join ProTELEC with an existing alarm system.
