Never have a false alarm again
Police departments estimate 95% of burglar alarms that are set off are false alarms and caused by customer error. We work towards the goal of no false alarms by:
- Providing you with a security system that is designed around your home and family or business and staff.
- Installing only high quality equipment and following proper installation techniques.
- Educating our clients on how to operate the system and providing you with user manuals.
- Following up on all false alarms where the police were dispatched.
About Alarm Permits
Most cities require that every business operating a burglar alarm and/or duress system have a registered alarm permit. The purpose of the alarm permit is to make alarm users more aware of the cost of false alarms to the city (and the taxpayer) and more careful with the use of their alarm systems. If the police attend an alarm from your business and you do not have an alarm permit, they will issue a fine. The police record all false alarms against the permit numbers and after a preset number of false alarms, they will charge for the additional false alarms they respond to.
