Monitored smoke detectors offer you better protection than battery operated detectors. Our monitored smoke detectors are powered by the security system, eliminating the need for individual batteries. Not only will they notify you of a possible fire, but will also send a fire alarm to our Central Monitoring Station.
We can also install a water sensor in your basement to notify us in case your basement begins to flood.

If you travel in winter, protect your home against furnace failures and frozen water pipes with a low temperature sensor. If the temperature drops below 10 degrees Celsius, our Central Monitoring Station will receive an alarm.
