Home/Sleep/Away -  Unlike most systems that only offer door and window protection in Home mode, ProTELEC premium also offers a sleep mode that will allow you to turn on some of your motion detectors.  More of your home is protected while you sleep.

Phone Access - Control your security system from anywhere at anytime.  With phone access, you can check on your security system status and arm or disarm it from any onsite or remote telephone.

Siren Silence - ProTELEC Premium customers can silence an siren without cancelling an alarm that has been triggered until they can first determine the cause. Once it is confirmed to be a false alarm, then the alarm to Central Monitoring and the police can be cancelled. 

Temporary codes - You can feel safe with ProTELEC Premium's arm only and temporary user codes that are ideal for cleaners and service people.  You'll never have to share your personal alarm codes again.
